.net framework 2.5 and 3.5 download problems| geek_smarteevia | March 12, 2008, 9:37 pm | #1 | | .net framework 2.5 and 3.5 download problems Hi, when I try to install these I have got errors saying unable to install. I had given up but now I am trying to download Microsoft Visual Basic Express 2008 for which the .net framework downloads are a prerequisite. The Visual Basic page organises the download of these for me but again on trying to install it doesn't happen. Any tips? Cheers |

There are two ways of installing VBExpress2008, first is online install, second is full download of Visual Studio, burn to disc then install just VB (plus whatever else you want). I chose the full download and had no problems with the .net 3.5.
