Help with outlook and norton antivirus?| geek_dstm | March 17, 2008, 11:20 pm | #1 | | Help with outlook and norton? Hi. I am unable to receive email through my outlook express account and have now opened xtra one. I can send but not receive. I have been told by xtra that its because I have tried to delete norton it has block the port. It aparantly is a common problem according to them. Is this true? Any suggestions? |

disable norton services
reset internet explorer
restart PC
clear out restore points

I just deinstalled it. Radical I know but it worked.
