BEWARE. | | geek_fightthepower | March 17, 2008, 2:50 pm | #11 | | Its the ps/2 yea be wary of e-trader people, i just want to go buy one from dick smith now, but wnat my money back forst | | geek_soodanim | March 17, 2008, 3:09 pm | #12 | | I got one ages ago, not from the same trader...and it just wouldn't work, which was a shame because it was small and quiet....but the trader was happy to swap and then refund when I couldn't get it to go. How long ago did you email them? If they don't reply try leaving a message for them on one of their other auctions. Also leave feedback, you can change it once. | | geek_lanternfish | March 17, 2008, 4:26 pm | #13 | | IS it the keyboard? As posted eaelier, the kbd and rcvr need to be synched. I have a wireless keyboard from a reputable manufacturer and it occasionally hiccups. unplug/turnoff, resynch and all is good (unlike my typing ability) | | geek_swivel | March 17, 2008, 4:46 pm | #14 | | As before I have had a KB in for dumping due to it not working. But it took non std batteries that took higher amps to run. What model KB is it | | geek__sexylady_ | March 17, 2008, 4:52 pm | #15 | | Had 2 sets of wireless keyboard and mouse's first was Logitech and current set Microsoft, both work a treat, sorry your having problems. | | geek_soodanim | March 17, 2008, 4:57 pm | #16 | | Also have you tried it on more than 1 computer? Did you previously install software for another keyboard and or mouse set? If so did you remove that? Was there any software with the new set? | | geek_badcam | March 17, 2008, 6:38 pm | #17 | | 10. I like the British keyboards. Great layout and you get a Pound symbol. That would have saved you at least 4 key presses BJ. | | geek_fightthepower | March 17, 2008, 8:24 pm | #18 | | Na no installation needed same with the old keyboard. the trader wants me to send it back to him and he gonna check it out, he must have a few duds go back! bit of a hassle really | | Leave your comment: | |
