geek_raine06 September 10, 2008, 8:59 am

Not that I know of no, have no idea what it is 2 other people use this pc also, so I'm not sure what is on here, but I don't recall seeing the one that you have mentioned.

Kaspersky is Antivirus protection software and it is known for causing this error on some sites which it believes to be phishing sites. Its easy to get it working, if you have kaspersky let me know and I will guild you through it

IS this the message?

"Access Denied (license_expired)

A license has expired on the Proxy, and your request is not permitted: "The SGOS license has expired"
A new license must be obtained.

It looks like it can be caused when trying to upgrade somne times. Best bet would be to install 2 or more browsers eg IE and FF check to see if both browsers and blocked. If they are then its going to be fun, if not then use the one that isnt

Its something with the ISP. I have it now to. Changed the connection to another ISP for a test and all works.

This is strange. There are sites that are working but the main sites like Google, Yahoo, and YouTube are not. Is this a virus or something? I have two computers connected in the network and both get the same message.

random sites are denied, minute ago can't access yahoo and google, then another minute only google won't. why is that? I'm from the Philippines and I can tell that you guys are from different countries, so this must be a planetwide problem. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting my router (typing my ip default on the browser) and everything went to normal, i dunno if this will last long but for now I can google and yahoo

my case is my ISP's fault - recently done everything found in the internet-- but when i called our ISP "Globe broadband,Philippines" they informed that they are currently doing some system maintenance that's why the error are present, specially on google related websites..e.g youtube, farmville, and other facebook games
