I downloaded Spyware doctor from one of these sites and my computer started freezing, almost completely stopped. Had to do take the programme off the computer and do a system restore, now it is able to be used again. Examples: Spybot S&D from safernetworking, Spyware Blaster from Javacool, Crap Cleaner from ccleaner.com and Ad-Aware from Lavasoft.
