I'm not sure if TL are doing invites at the moment. However if you want to have any chance of getting an invite you need to provide proof of ratio from another tracker, with a screenshot...If this is your first private tracker, might I suggest you start with something like Araditracker or bit soup...there are more too, people will list them for you. YOu need to get used to the idea of seeding.
