This is new at kiwibank Set up three questions and answers that only you would know the answers to , then it randomly selects a question each time you log in. Your answers' letters are blanked out except for two which you have to fill in correctly to proceed into the site. Works well. Check it out at

| People with Kiwi Bank...I am using National...and I do not like the delays between the times I have made a transaction and the time when the transaction appears in my online statements. Would anyone care to make a comment about this for me please? |

| How do they handle credit card payments appearing in statements. If I make a payment often the balance does not change for 2 to 3 days which seems to be very to cope with when trying to calculate balances. I am wondering perhaps someone has changed from National to Kiwi Bank for this rason. Maybe I ma not understanding enough about the time it takes for credit transactions to appear in statements. |

| Credit card payment on KB is in real time, shows new balance in account credit card payment is made from . Credit card new balance shows immediately but you cannot use those new funds that same day. Have to wait until following day when your credit card balances are be updated. Call KB 0800 11 33 55 for full details and current low interest rate on card. |

| have problems frequently trying to login. if I do manage to login then trouble navigating. To be fair on them though could be i.e. 8 doesn't like site. I do know that I never had the probs getting to other bank internet sites that I've had with kiwibank |

I am having a terrible time trying to log into my business banking site since the new login was set up.i hate kiwibank. there was no notification before hand to inform me of the change.Dont There should be a phone call or letter to varify change as a security measure.
This is driving me nuts. |
