| Strange issue - Attachment Downloads Have a customers laptop here. Trying to download .xls (Microsoft excel) attachments via yahoo messenger webmail. When ever you try to download the page will time out. This only happens for .xls files , I emailed though a .txt and it downloaded fine. I also forwarded the .xls file to another yahoo email and then downloaded via outlook and that worked fine. Antivirus is off and internet explorer settings are on low. Running windows xp. Kinda stumped on what the issue could be. |

| Might be the built in yahoo av or even a firewall |

| Have disabled fire wall and can download a .txt attachment via yahoo. seems very strange |
