webcam help

#1 | | Webcam help am bunging a webcam on the house overlooking the ocean etc, have 2 5 metre USB cables connecting it up, hook it all up and it says no video capture device, plug in camera to the p.c and it works ok, try each individual cable and works ok, but join them all up and they wont work, any ideas why??? | |
