Whats the cheapest way to get windows vista?

I am building my own pc from scratch and wanting to know exaclty what is the best and cheapest way to get vista home premium. I have a student id card if thats any help. Also, I am not asking if I SHOULD upgrade to vista, just the cheapest way to do it. Thanks in advance. | |
