#1 | | Whats the cheapest way to get windows vista??? I am building my own pc from scratch and wanting to know exaclty what is the best and cheapest way to get vista home premium. I have a student id card if thats any help. Also, I am not asking if I SHOULD upgrade to vista, just the cheapest way to do it. Thanks in advance. | |

#2 | | You should be able to purchase an OEM version with one of the components you are buying depending on your supplier. |

#3 | | Go to PB Tech and ask for an OEM edition to go with the hardware that you buy. I think the student discount is only for Office rather than Windows. |
