| With xtra, normally get about 2 - 2. 5 Mbps download. Today it's consistently over 6. 5Mbps. Whatever they've done, it worked. Hope its permanent. |

Kylea_damien, What area of Chch are you in? I am in Bryndwr and also have Telecom ADSL2+, but only get 5. 5M/bs - 6M/bs. My ping is about three times yours. |

I'd do the speed test but no websites out of NZ seem to be loading for me apart from Google and You Tube.

| Possibly how your are routing internationally (it's probably got nothing to do with Kinnex it is who they are routing through that can cause this). Try cleaning out your cache/checking for proxies it could be a browser issue also. If no joy, ping and trace route to a international and national site 3 - 4 times over 24-48 period (note the time you did it) then send results to your ISP to check it out. |
