Samsung MP3 player help YP-U4

#1 | Hi I received one of these for Christmas and am having a problem with it!
When the computer recognises the device it recognises it as a camera not an mp3 player. so i cant load music onto it.
Samsung media studio also doesnt recognise it.
Has anyone else had this problem? am running xp sp2
any help for a computer illiterate would be greatfully received | |
