#1 | | Hi, can anyone recommend a place to go to have a Logitech G5 laser mouse repaired? Scroll wheel sensor busted and out of warranty. Otherwise still works and it's a damn fine mouse that I'd hate to replace. Thanks in advance. | |

#2 | | I have a non-functioning G5 here if you want it. Easy enough to replace the faulting parts with this one. I'll list the entire package which includes 2 spare batteries, never been used (for a total of 4) if you're interested. |

#3 | | Thanks 4 offer but I've had a look inside and I don't rate my skills as good enough to replace a scroll wheel sensor. Physical buttons ok but anything attached to the circuit board is beyond me. Also, G5 doesn't use batteries as its wired USB so are you sure you have a G5? perhaps you're referring to the weight cartridge? |
