#4 | | Well, If i do a insurance claim, I give a report to them for the Insurance company, If they ask for a copy for themselves i will, otherwise just the copy for the insurance claim . |

#5 | | Ok thanks swivel. I asked if I get a copy they said no. I had to remind them that I was paying them, not the insurance company at this stage. A quick think about that fact made the technician, say he will then email me a copy. I just assumed that computer techs knew the customer - client relationship, without reminding. |

#7 | I really hate to post this in this forum but I am going to. I thought it might be that techies are robots. If it is outside of what their Standard Operating Procedures state, they didn't know how to actually handle interacting with a human-being. Lol. | |
