Ok, I might rephrase that question. Do you wait for them to ask for one, otherwise you don't offer it?

Well, If i do a insurance claim, I give a report to them for the Insurance company, If they ask for a copy for themselves i will, otherwise just the copy for the insurance claim .

Ok thanks swivel. I asked if I get a copy they said no. I had to remind them that I was paying them, not the insurance company at this stage. A quick think about that fact made the technician, say he will then email me a copy. I just assumed that computer techs knew the customer - client relationship, without reminding.

You haven't got it yet fordstar1. Most people who behave like that do it because they like to, not because it breaks the rules. They just like being unco-operative.

I really hate to post this in this forum but I am going to. I thought it might be that techies are robots. If it is outside of what their Standard Operating Procedures state, they didn't know how to actually handle interacting with a human-being. Lol.
