broadband speed test

i have done 2 different tests and the highest readings are 5mbs woosh say they have done a line test and its just over 18mbs so could it be my computer that is making slower?

Not it won;t eb your computer, 5mbs is fine, why worry?

the other day it was only 0. 72mbs until i complained

they were both done with speednet test from auckland and the telecom test. they rung me yesterday to ask if i was happy with service i said broadband was slow he said the line test said it was fast checked it today and its heaps quicker since speaking with them just not as quick as they say it is

the line might test at 18Mbs but do you have an adsl 2 modem ?
