#1 | I just bought a one month old laptop, It has no operating system. When you turn it on the screen is blue it has a tool bar with a task bar plus picks up the wireless network. Problem is it wont let me load windows xp it says the system is newer than the one im trying to load. Does anyone know how to override this? | |

#4 | If you post a screen shot or something we may be able to be of more assistance.
If there was no operating system there would be just a black screen and no tool bars etc |

and HOW are you trying to load xp ? by putting the cd in while the system is running ?
try booting from the cd
also you might want to check that there is hardware drivers for this laptop many new ones are NOT supported with xp drivers. |

#20 | Go to start then run and type explorer then hit enter Windows explorer may pop up. In the top where it says address put the web address www.opera.com Go there and download opera. You will now have a web browser that is better then internet explorer. |
