Problem running Game on laptop

#1 | Im trying to run final fantasy 7 on windows 7 on an ACER Aspire 5536. It has Ati Radeon 3200 Graphics.
When i run game, the cutscenes and startup is off centre on the widescreen and the screen goes bright yellow and pixellated.
Running the same game of my friends laptop running windows vista and Ati Radeon 3100 graphics works perfectly | |

#4 | press [windows logo key] and [r] type [dxdiag] press [enter]
it tells you about your system and you can run some pretty low fi tests
do other games play ok on this machine of yours? | |
