#1 | | Hi I hardly ever use the home phone but would still like to use the internet at home. Does anyone know is the new prepay internet cost effective in comparison to a Broadband plan and phone line. | |

#2 | | At $80 per GB on a Vodem prepay stick, makes a Homeline Broadband package very cost effective! |

#5 | | If you're in a main center Woosh have wireless internet access from abour $40 per month. Telstra (I think) can hookup cable without the need for a landline. |

#8 | I saw a few no-phone line wired broadband plans the other day while browsing.
The only one I recall was Slingshot 25GB full speed bi-directional for $79. 95/mth |

#11 | | No, telecom will not supply internet without phone at all. If they did I would have another connection here on bigtime. |
