UIExec.exe has stopped working

can anyone help me, a microsoft window has come up with the above plus - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. -And there is a blue button that can be clicked to ' close program ' TIA

Don't buy or download anything from that link.

I would update and scan for infections to be on the safe side.

thats great thanks.
which scan should i do? I don't do any extra scans, my AVG free does some sort of a scan on a daily basis

UIExec.exe has stopped working

Description: File UIExec.exe is located in a subfolder of "C:\Program Files". Known file sizes on Windows 7/XP are 132,096 bytes (42% of all occurrence), 132,608 bytes, 139,088 bytes, 134,144 bytes.
There is no file information. The program has no visible window. The program starts upon Windows startup (see Registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run). File UIExec.exe is not a Windows core file. Therefore the technical security rating is 62% dangerous, however also read the users reviews.
If you run into problems with UIExec.exe, you can do the following:
1) uninstall the associated program (Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove programs > T-Mobile Mobile Broadband or Join Air)
2) look for help on the COM's website.

Click Start type msconfig in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
1.In the System Configuration Utility dialog box, click Selective Startup on the General tab.
2.Click to clear the Load Startup Items check box.
Note The Use Original Boot.ini check box is unavailable.

3.Click the Services tab.
4.Click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box.
5.Click Disable All, and then click OK.
6. When you are prompted, click Restart.
