Adobe Flash Player crashing - Please help.

Updated Adobe Flash player as requested when trying to play video on Youtube. Now nothing will play and I keep getting a crash report. Have uninstalled and reinstalled ALL of Adobe (Shockwave, Flash, Reader etc) a dozen times. Have installed previous version which appears to start loading then asks to upgrade to new version. Big circle. Have googled to death and just not getting anywhere. Can anyone help me sort it out. Driving me batty. Am using FF3.6 and running Windows XP Pro.

This is the way I would do it. Maybe you've already done this?

Use the Flash Player uninstaller from website:
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html Then in either IE or Firefox, go to following page and download both versions of Flash Player - first for IE, then "other browsers" (which will be for Firefox). Then install each one. It might pay to be using an administrator account if not already one. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

Do a good clean up with Ccleaner (registry, cookies, cache etc),after the adobe uninstall and maybe update to Firefox 4 then reinstall abobe

Tried the above 2 posts. Did not work for either Chrome, FF4 or IE8.

Anyone?? I know I'm not the only one as google has loads of this problem but can't find a successful fix.

Try disabling No Script 2099 in FF and see if that makes any difference. When I loaded FF4 I had all kinds of problems with video and found No Script was blocking video and other things such as java.

I can play Youtube video in Safe Mode. Can't find how to disable No Script 2099.

Thnx millna. Working now. Updated the video driver. Lord knows why it suddenly would not work with FF4! It was fine with FF3.6. Updated to FF4 and bam! Working fine now. Thanks.
