I have this problem as do others.Apparently Telecom is migrating to a new EUBA exchange and this is causing compatibility problems for other ISPs.I'm with Xnet.Others are also affected.Ring your ISP.

lol telecom been migrating to a new EUBA exchange since last year at least and have been keeping very quiet about how much trouble they are having

Xnet rang me to say the problem should be corrected for their customers about now.Half of my sites are now OK, I'll wait and see.

Try accessing your missing sites by going through Google.-works for me.
