Uh, the built-in video camera?

geek_dunedin_ree, May 3, 9:06 pm

it doesnt have a built in video camera is says in the manual to download an app

I have a 3GS and I am, right now, using the built-in camera app to record a video.

If you don't have it, try updating the software by syncing with itunes and seeing if there's any updates waiting.

Hmmm Im obviously doing something really wrong lol, no updated through itunes, when I go into my camera theres nothing to show theres video. Thanks so much for advice

slide it over from the camera to the video camera

Honestly, Im sure Im not being thick. All there is on the screen is a button to take a photo, nothing even to suggest that I can slide to video

Does this mean you have or haven't updated your iPhone software? What version are you running?

Settings - General - About - Version.

3.1.3 7E18if that helps

geek_jgswills, May 3, 9:34 pm

Yeah, you need to update to iOS4.

Plug your iphone in, open itunes and click "check for updates" (or similar, can't remember the wording).
