Can I set Hotmail to auto refresh?

When I am online I always have one tab open with Hotmail and at least one other for whatever else I am looking at. I am wanting to know if its possible to set Hotmail to auto refresh so it will check for new mail by itself. I use WinXp Pro and Firefox. Thanks :o) | |

I probably wouldn't use it for general email use for anything other than my hotmail account, however I find it to be great for hotmail. | |
