ADSL filter, plug vs Master wired?

Will installing a Master wired filter, speed up my B/B connection (telecom)?

Go for the hard wired splitter and at that distance it should increase the line stability has every filter degrades the signal. As with a splitter the modem gets its own dedicated line to work on and ignores the rest of the house wiring. Since the splitter separates the line.
