YTD installs sneakware (ask toolbar etc) that you can't opt out of during the install process, and need to manually uninstall after each install and update.
Cnet.com seem very happy to host a lot of stuff like this - PUPs bundled in installers - avoid.

Edit - okay I just looked and the latest version you can opt out of Ask and registry mechanic crapware, but I'd still avoid it.

DVDVideosoft.com - just make sure you untick the toolbar addons.
This has a full suite of programs, or just pick the ones you need.
Works extremely well.

+1 Have used it for the last couple of years and never had a problem with it.
