Internet through a sky dish is this

possible!

Don't go there.VERY expensive & not that fast (3Mpbs d/l)
Have gone back to slow telecom for that reason.

I don't think the LNB on a Sky dish would be compatible, even if you pointed the dish at the correct satellite.

When I was on Bordernet (Oz) a few years ago, the dish and lnb was exactly the same as sky, only pointed at a different satellite, Optus C1 from memory.

If you mean Freeview, yes its possible. My daughter used a leftover Sky dish and bought a satellite set top boxand it works a charm.

http://www.lyngsat.com/Optus-D1.html has a very good chart of whats available from Optus D1.i.e. SBS, Sky and all Freeview.
