Is this Outlook Express!
If so, do you use any Norton antivirus program! I see that has caused errors like that years ago; don't know about lately.

Presume you can get on the internet, search google etc.
Xtra's SSL connection seems to be problematic from time to time - try using the default settings of port 110 and no SSL, same server address.

yes outlook express, no Norton and i have no idea about default settings or ports LOL I am a computer nerdess.
