Problems accessing WD cloud drive

Hi.
When i sign into www.wdmycloud.com I can see my device and thats as far as I get.

When using IE, i get just a blank page. When using Chrome I get a message saying the web page is not available.

I can access it on my iphone so thats means its up and running and contactable.

I thought it may have been some network settings at work, but on a non work computer i get the same thing.

Any ideas? cloud access etc is enabled, just cant seem to see anything :-(

If you are still stuck tonight, I'll set my WD Cloud for external access and see if I have a problem. That is one thing I haven't bothered with yet.

I don't know if I've got it setup right. This page gives me nothing when I click on 'View Shares'. www.wd2go.com/getDevicesInternal.do#

mines the same. not doing anything yet i can access from my apple app, so it is contactable. Driving me mad. not just this computer either.

I see the device, just the view shares hangs. on all of the browswers so not browser specific either.

i can connect from my home pc, but that could be because its on the same network though didnt try last night.

as far as i can tell, all you have to do is allow cloud access in the settings, which i have done. not sure what else to check. any ideas?
