Video .mp4 file via Handbrake
Mar 8, 9:33am
Recorded some game footage for rugby coach with my Sony camcorder. Sony files are .m2ts format, so used Handbrake to convert to .mp4.
3 of the files are viewable in VLC, but the largest (40 min, 5+ Gb as mp4) does nothing when I try to view.
Is there a size limit on VLC, or am I doing something else wrong.
I know (now) that VLC will play .m2ts files, but last year's coach could only work with .mp4 so I am trying to cover all the bases
Thanks in advance for help

First thing is, have you updated VLC to version 2.2.
