How do I find my own posts in a Facebook thread?

I have notifications that people have replied to my posts in a thread, but if I click on the notifications I just get to the first post in the thread instead of my posts or the replies to me. If I go to my activity log that same thing happens. The thread is very long. I have tried opening every "View previous comments" without success.
There is no search option on that page.

CTRL + F

But Facebook has only opened around 30 posts out of about 400, so Ctrl F won't find my posts. I've been through the thread several times opening all the "previous comments" but can't find mine. People keep replying to my posts and I want to see what they are saying.

I give up.

Click it in the notification window works for me

That works for short threads, but not for threads with hundreds of messages.

I think it's a bug in Facebook

FB's search has been very random for many years.
A simple Google search on the search problems shows a lot of forums from recent to several years ago.
Building up my own Waikato directory group because of FB's shite search system.
Even group admin searches are random & hopeless most days.

From what I can workout, the issue is an over reactive privacy filter
