Which one is better, Netflix or quickflix?

Would like to know what other people think

netflix , but go for the US version ( you'll need to use a vpn )

geek_trade_menow, Mar 28, 11:51 am

How do you do that?

geek_hazel26, Mar 28, 12:03 pm

unotelly, or that ISP with global mode.

geek_black-heart, Mar 28, 1:10 pm

well quickflix was more than useless. old old movies
netflix has some interesting shows for me but not many.
I was a bit disapointed

project free tv is normally pretty good. sometimes you need to try several links to get one working though.

It is like asking what is better Coke or home brand cola?

geek_mr-word, Mar 28, 11:48 pm

Project Free TV for me until they stop dicking us around.

Both Orcon and Slingshot have global mode. If global mode is on, then the US Netflix can be accessed and likewise if set to off, you get the NZ version.

1. unblockus.com 2. netflix US account 3. huluplus US account

You'll need an US based credit card to set up the netflix and huluplus - air NZ onecard will do it

Netflix is the winner!

Quickflix is $H%&Flix!

geek_nzoomed, Mar 30, 2:05 pm

Yup I confused Netflix for quickflix quickflix I had a free trial 14 day ages ago I deregistered for the trial after 2 days only john wain and winnetoo movies and crap I seen 100 and more time on normal TV on there

geek_intrade, Mar 30, 2:25 pm

Flip also has Global mode now for Netflix US. However I'm not finding the NZ Netflix too bad. I'm just on the free month to see how it goes.

geek_cake4, Mar 30, 3:52 pm

I think its mainly TV shows and some things that SKY has the contract for in NZ that are missing so naturally NZ netflix doesnt have them, Of course this is the main reason why i would want to use US netflix.
